SET Recruitment was formed out of the success of its sister company MPS Healthcare, having been an integral staffing provider to the NHS and embedded in the recruitment sector since 2000. The business operates throughout Wales with a staffing structure designed to expertly match education workers’ skill sets and experience to local schools, for covering short- and long-term supply assignments.
